This expansion, backed by nearly $1 million in state funding and supported by over $500,000 in non-state contributions, reflects a strategic move to build a talent pipeline for high-wage, high-demand careers right here in Virginia’s New River Valley in more than two dozen career paths in technology and engineering.
Administered by the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, the GO TEC program is designed to guide students from exploration to high-level technical training in engineering, IT, robotics, and other future-forward fields.
