Pulaski County, VA – WSLS recently reported that the Dublin-based Narro Trucks held its first product launch and delivered its first electric vehicle to Pulaski County. The startup company manufactures electric utility vehicles designed to help a variety of industries work more efficiently while lowering operating costs. The Pulaski County vehicle will be used in the Parks and Rec department.
Founded and staffed by local talent, including graduates of Radford University and New River Community College, the company is building an electric vehicle manufacturing presence in Virginia’s New River Valley. As a startup, Narro Trucks is seeking additional funding and investment to support future growth, with plans to create 20 new jobs in the region.
With their plans to expand production and create additional jobs, Narro Trucks is helping to position the NRV as a hub for clean transportation. By combining local innovation, sustainable technology, and workforce development, the company is creating new opportunities that could benefit businesses, communities, and the regional economy for years to come.
