Pulaski County is home to Calfee Park one of the oldest and most historic baseball stadiums in the nation. It was built in 1935 as a Works Progress Administration project, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Calfee Park was named after the mayor of Pulaski in 1935, Ernest W. Calfee. It holds approximately 2,500 people. Clafee Park is owned and operated by David Hagan and Larry Shelor, owners of Shelor Motor Mile.
