Floyd Regional Commerce Center is a 169-acre, publicly-owned industrial park located in Floyd, VA (Floyd County). Phase II is 51-acre site and can accommodate a 137,000 SF building.
The VCI Site is an 80-acre, publicly owned brownfield site with 30.21 acres developable in Radford, VA. It is rail served and can accommodate a 500,000 SF building.
Phase II is a publicly owned site in Falling Branch Corporate Park, a 295-acre industrial park located in Christiansburg, VA (Montgomery County). 20 acres are currently available.
ShaeDawn Park is a 112-acre industrial park located in Dublin, VA (Pulaski County). A 72-acrew site is available that can accommodate a 300,000 SF building and a 100,000 SF building.
NRV Commerce Park is a 1,000-acre certified industrial park located in Virginia’s New River Valley (Pulaski County). The park is owned and managed by VFRIFA.
