3 NRV Locations Rank Among Places with Lowest Cost of Living in VA
New River Valley, VA – Niche.com recently listed three locations around the NRV among the top twenty places with the lowest cost of living in Virginia. Ranking of cost of living by city was based on the consumer price index and access to affordable housing using data from the U.S. Census and BLS.
